Delivery
For all orders, there is a nominal charge added to your order based on your location. Should you wish to pick up your order in-store, please select Free Pickup In-Store option for your preferred location during the check out process.
International Shipping
International shipping is managed by our shipping vendor, and may not always be possible to certain destinations. If your order is processed and we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
Tracking Your Order
Delivery times depend on your location and the service you selected during checkout. Delivery times do not include holidays. Should there be any delays or inability to fulfill your order, you will be contacted directly by one of our representatives.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number from the provided you choose during checkout.
Please note that shipping costs and timelines are continuously influx, and we can not guarantee costs or timelines will be the same day to day.
