Covid-19 and our Customer Event

Thank you for your interest in attending our Customer Appreciation Event. We wanted to
provide some guidelines to help you navigate event logistics. We hope this information will
help you understand what to expect and be prepared prior to arriving.

If you should have any questions beyond what is provided on this page, please contact us at (403)242-0484.\

 All attendees must register upon arrival.

 If you or anyone in your household has a fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose or shortness of
breath, or is a close contact of a person who tested positive for COVID-19, please do not
attend the event.

 Please bring into the event space only the necessities. (For example small purse/bag, keys,
water bottle, etc.). There will be no coat check or storage available at the event so anything
you bring in must be kept with you.

If you are considering attending our Customer Appreciation Event please review these guidelines:

1. All attendees must register upon entry and will go through a quick health checklist to ensure
that they’re not currently displaying symptoms that would make it unsafe for you to visit. All
staff/event volunteers will also be undergoing checklists at the beginning of their shifts.

2. If you or anyone in your household has a fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose or shortness of
breath, or is a close contact of a person who tested positive for COVID-19, do not
attend the event. You can purchase your service packages and products over the via email,
through our website or over the phone and receive the same exclusive event pricing.

3. Please wash your hands or clean them with hand sanitizer before and after you attend the
event.

4. Keep at least 2 metres (about the length of a hockey stick) between you and others at the
event.  If you are too close to someone who coughs or sneezes, you risk breathing in tiny
droplets that could contain the COVID-19 virus.

5. Alberta Health Services encourages individuals to wear non-medical masks when it is difficult
to consistently maintain physical distancing of 2 metres at all times.

6. Please bring into the event space only the necessities. (For example small purse/bag, keys,
water bottle, etc.). There will be no coat check or storage available at the event so anything
you bring in must be kept with you.

7. There will be no water fountains available during the event as per Alberta Health Services
guidelines, so please ensure you bring your own water bottle or drinking container. As
catering options may be limited, consider bringing a snack if needed. All food must be
consumed outside of the event for safety purposes.

Although VMediSpa has put in place measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, it cannot
guarantee that any individual attending our event will not be exposed to COVID-19.  Attending
events could increase the risk of contracting COVID-19.
